About Lara
Lara is an intuitive painter, living and working on the South Ayrshire coast of Scotland. Using mixed media on canvas, Lara's paintings are influenced by the surrounding Scottish coastlines - the ever changing energy between sea and land, and her connection to the natural world. Lara's use of bold colour and tactile texture create layers of curiosity and depth in each original painting, inviting a sense of wonder and mindful contemplation.
